Working with Nils has been an enriching experience. Nils was always the constant professional in providing meaningful direction and feedback. One of the things I liked the most was that he always showed a genuine concern for your impression of the work he was doing. In addition, he was always trying to hear and see through the eyes of the artist while still allowing his years of experience and knowledge in the industry to bring the vision of the artist to life. This goes beyond just being a great musician, producer, and writer. This comes from humility and just being a good person. Again, it shows in the final project.
